This is a song I first heard on the "Old-Time Banjo in America" CD produced by Art Rosenbaum. I always found Ola Belle's presentation complelling. I added to verses from a Dirk Powell recording.

I use an Ola Belle style clawhammer which includes index up-picking on the first string and a two finger picking style as well. I use the up-picking between the verses
